Last seen in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on September 1, 2008

Vital statistics: Abby is a white female. She was born on September 9, 2002. Curly sandy light brown hair, green eyes. She has a scar above her right eye and a gap between her upper teeth. Was five at the time. Dominic is a white male. He was born on January 17, 2001. Thick dark brown hair, brown eyes. His hair may be longer now. He has a scar across his left eyebrow, is right-handed, has a gap between his upper front teeth, and breaks out in warts on his hands and feet when stressed. Was seven at the time.

NCIC numbers: M-297709910 (Abby) and M-547625888 (Dominic)

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial father, Kevin Douglas Maryk. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. Their mother, Emily Cablek, was awarded sole custody of them in January 2007, but the court ruled Maryk could have visitation rights. They were last seen at a car rental agency in the area of King Edward Street at the start of the visitation with their father, but were not returned to their mother on September 1. It was later discovered that Maryk moved out of his apartment and had not paid his rent for September or given his landlord notice. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on September 1, 2008. They may be in the company of Maryk's nephew, Cody John McKay; a photo and vital statistics are posted below. He is wanted for conspiracy to commit kidnapping. They may have left Canada and may now be in California or Mexico. The children are considered endangered, as Maryk is known to deal drugs to support himself.

Vital statistics: White male. Born on August 4, 1971. Dark brown hair, hazel eyes. He is balding. His head is shaved, he has a scar on his forehead, a dark tattoo of a human heart with his children's names written on a band on one forearm and a tattoo of Old English script on his other forearm, and he wears a goatee. He may use the alias "Kevin Miller." He has worked in security. Was thirty-seven at the time.

Vital statistics: White male. Born on November 1, 1988. Black hair, brown eyes. Was nineteen at the time.
