Vital statistics: Hispanic male. He was born on August 21, 1992. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: Dakotah, along with his brother Jeremy, is being concealed by their non-custodial father, Jose Martinez-Pena, from their mother. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for child concealment was issued for him on September 5, 1996. Jeremy was found safe in May 2012, but Dakotah remains missing.

Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on March 27, 1962. Black hair, brown eyes. He has a scorpion tattoo on his upper arm. Was thirty-two at the time.
