Vital statistics: Nadia is a white female. She was born on May 17, 2000. Black hair, brown eyes. She wears glasses. Was seven at the time. Omar is a white male. He was born on June 26, 1995. Brown hair, brown eyes. He has a scar over his right eye. Was twelve at the time. They are of Middle Eastern descent.

NCIC numbers: M-856796543 (Nadia) and M-936786533 (Omar)

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial father, Qutaiba Yahia Mahmoud. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for him on September 7, 2007. They may have traveled to the United Arab Emirates on forged passports.

Vital statistics: White male. Born on January 1, 1971. Black hair, brown eyes. He may use the last names "Said" or "Sayeed." He is of Middle Eastern descent. He travels on a Sudanese passport. He speaks English and Arabic. Was thirty-six at the time.
