Vital statistics: Christian is a hispanic male. He was born on November 10, 1998. Brown hair, black eyes. Was one at the time. Oscar is a hispanic male. He was born on February 9, 1997. Brown hair, black eyes. He has asthma and a light-colored birthmark on his left side. Was three at the time.

Circumstances: The children are being concealed by their non-custodial father, Martin Leyva Andaracua, from their mother. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant was issued for him on October 12, 2000. They may be in Morales, Mexico with a female relative that lives there.
