Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Luis Alan Ceron Meja. Photos of him are not availaible, but he is a hispanic male. He was born on May 2, 1960 and has black hair and brown eyes; he was forty at the time. He may use the last names "Meja Ceron" or "Ortiz." A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on April 11, 2002. They may be in Mexico.
