Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Julio Don Juan Rocha. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on October 27, 2009. They may be in Mexico.

Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on April 17, 1975. Brown hair, brown eyes. He has a scar on his right forearm. He may use the alias "Miguel Martinez." Was thirty-two at the time.
