Circumstances: She is being concealed by her non-custodial mother, Robin Katherine Resovich. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. An FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for her on February 24, 2003. She had been given permission to take Katiana out of the country but refuses to return her to her father.
