Vital statistics: Biracial (black/hispanic) female. Born on October 10, 2001. Brown hair, green eyes. She may use the alias last name "Gutierrez." Was three at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Sandra Gutierrez. A photo and vital statistics for her are posted below. A felony warrant was issued for her on February 5, 2005. They may still be in the local area, or may have traveled to Tampico, Mexico through the Brownsville, Texas area. Jocelyn's father has been given court-ordered custody.
