Vital statistics: White female. Born on December 18, 2007. Brown hair, hazel eyes. She may use the date of birth December 8, 2007 and some agencies give that as her date of birth. Her nicknames are "Juli" and "Chiki." She was born in Bulgaria, but is a United States citizen. Was six at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Jason Howard Potter. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. He took her after he had lost a custody battle with her mother, Ralitsa Potter. They may be living in a rural area; Jason had told his attorney that he was "going off the grid." They may have also left the country and traveled to Canada.
