Last seen in Chatham, New Jersey on December 25, 1997

Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on October 3, 1995. Light brown hair, hazel eyes. He has a birthmark on the right side of his abdomen just below his chest. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: Julian was last seen in on Christmas Day, 1997. The courts gave Julian's mother, Elizabeth Feixas Pape Polcaro, permission to take a two-week vacation with him to Mexico. She was supposed to return Julian to his father on January 11, 1998, but did not. Neither of them have ever been heard from again. The courts have since granted Julian's father full custody of him. Photographs and vital statistics for Elizabeth are posted below. A felony warrant was issued for her on January 30, 1998. Elizabeth and Julian may be in Acapulco or Mexico City, Mexico. They may be traveling in a red 4-door 1991 Geo Tracker.

Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on October 6, 1963. Brown hair, brown eyes. She has dual Mexican and United States citizenship and speaks both English and Spanish. Elizabeth has been employed as a beautician. When last seen her hair was dyed blond. Was thirty-four at the time.
