Vital statistics: Raie is a white female. She was born on May 4, 1997. Blond hair, blue eyes. Her hair was blond at the time of her abduction but it has since darkened to sandy brown. Was one at the time. Rachelle is a white female. She was born on June 25, 1998. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was ten months at the time.

NCIC numbers: M-751012322 (Raie) and M-261014293 (Rachelle)

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Marie Martine Charoux Jordan. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. She took her daughters to visit her family in Mauritius, an island in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Africa. On December 4, Marie called her husband and said she wouldn't be returning. They both initiated divorce proceedings and their father was awarded custody in the US. However, Mauritius has not signed the Hague Treaty and refuses to acknowledge the US custody order. A FBI warrant for international parental kidnapping was issued for the her on March 22, 2000. They are still believed to be in Mauritius.

Vital statistics: White female. Born on April 18, 1970. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was twenty-eight at the time.
