Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Fidela Rodriguez-Mora. A photo of her is not available, but she is a hispanic female who was born on November 14, 1976; she was twenty-one at the time. She has black hair and brown eyes. A felony warrant for interference with child custody has been issued for her. They may be in the San Luis Potosi, Mexico area, possibly in the company of an adult male and an infant.
