Vital statistics: White male. Born on May 5, 1991. Brown hair, blue eyes. He has birthmarks on his right eyelid, on the back on his neck and on his nose. Last seen wearing a pink, yellow and blue jumpsuit. He may be using the alias "Austin Daniel Kestel." Was one at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Daniel Lee Kestel. A photo and vital statistics for him are posted below. He was only allowed supervised visitation with his son; Justin's paternal grandmother is the supervisor of the visitation. During a period of visitation, the father and paternal grandmother fled with the child. Names, photos, and vital statistics for the grandmother are not available. An FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoild prosecution was issued for him on July 22, 1992.

Vital statistics: White male. Born on April 25, 1957. Brown hair, green eyes. He has a scar on his left wrist the size of a quarter. He works as a plant engineer. Was thirty-five at the time.
