Vital statistics: Biracial (hispanic/white) male. Born on March 31, 1997. Light brown hair, brown eyes. He has a small freckle on his left cheek near his mouth and his left cheek is dimpled. He may stutter and he is right-handed. Last seen wearing a white t-shirt with an alligator on it and jean shorts. Was four at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Bobby Hernandez. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. He agreed to take Julian to preschool instead of his mother. Instead, he withdrew cash from his bank accounts and fled, taking some of the child's clothing, his stuffed Orca whale, and his soft baby afghan. They may be traveling in a white 1996 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with Alabama license plates numbered 1B4649C. They are thought to be in a coastal area with a warm climate, possibly in Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or the Tampa or Key West areas of Florida.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Puerto Rican) male. Born on September 3, 1962. Dark brown hair, blue eyes. He is right-handed, may stutter, and his right ear is pierced. He may use the alias last names "Green," "Little," "Riley" and/or "Diaz." He has a history of changing identities. Was thirty-nine at the time.
