Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on March 8, 2000. Black hair, brown eyes. He is bowlegged and has birthmarks on each side of his ribcage. Was one at the time.

Circumstances: He was last seen leaving his home with his non-custodial father, Alvaro Carrillo Garcia. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. They left to run an errand in Portland, Oregon and Alvaro was supposed to return Jose later that day but did not. . A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for him on November 28, 2001 and a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for him on March 28, 2002. They are believed to be in Mexico, possibly the Oaxaca or Nogales area.
