Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on March 8, 2000. Black hair, brown eyes. He is bowlegged and has birthmarks on each side of his ribcage. His nickname is "Mogali." Was one at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Alvaro Carrillo Garcia. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. They left to run an errand in Portland, Oregon and Alvaro was supposed to return Jose later that day but did not. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for him on November 28, 2001 and an FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for him on March 28, 2002. They are believed to be in Mexico, possibly the Oaxaca or Nogales area. They may be traveling in a beige Ford Taurus with Oregon license plates.

Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on February 1, 1980. Black hair, brown eyes. He has a lazy left eye. His nicknames are "Alvy" and "Chunk." He usually works as a general laborer. Was twenty-one at the time.
