Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Araceli Garcia Flores. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. Jasmine was dropped off by her father for a one day visitation with her mother, but when he returned no one was there. He attempted to call her but her cell phone was no longer accepting calls. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for her on September 24, 2010. They may have traveled to Mexico, or may be somewhere in the Midwest. They are believed to be in the company of Jasmine's half sister Yulisa Fuentes, who is not listed as missing.

Her nickname is "La Morena" and she may use the alias "Yolanda Escobedo." She may work as a waitress. Was thirty-three at the time.
