Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on June 18, 2000. Black hair, brown eyes. He has birthmarks above his right eyebrow, on his upper right arm, and on the back of his right knee. Some agencies refer to him as "Johan Garcia." Was four at the time.

Circumstances: He is being concealed by his non-custodial father, Johan Manuel Garcia. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. Although he is missing from California, he normally resides in New Jersey. A felony warrant was issued for him on September 7, 2004. They may be in the local area or they may be in El Salvador.
