Vital statistics: Biracial (hispanic/white) male. Born on January 26, 2005. Brown hair, brown eyes. He has a scar on the back of his neck. His nicknames are "Little John" and "Medium John." Last seen wearing a green t-shirt, khaki shorts, and new gray shoes. Was seven at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Maria Teresa Earl. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. She had lost custody of John to his father, John Earl Sr., through Child Protective Services because of abuse. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for her on August 24, 2012. Her car was later found abandonded in San Antonio and she was spotted working out at Gold's Gym in the area. They may still be in San Antonio or may have traveled to Mexico.

Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on May 22, 1962. Black hair, brown eyes. Her ears are pierced and her hair was highlighted blond at the time. She may use the alias name "Teresa Paradez." Was fifty at the time.
