Circumstances: He was abducted from his mother's home by his non-custodial father, Isidoro Castenada. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. An FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for the abductor on June 9, 1999. They may have traveled to Estado de Mexico, Mexico.
