Last seen in Duncan, South Carolina on July 24, 2007
Vital statistics: White male. Born on May 29, 1997. Blond hair, brown eyes. He has scars on his shoulders and back and a large burn scar on his back. Was ten at the time.
Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Donna Karapandzic. A photo is posted below, but no vital statistics for her are available. She has seven children; Ivan is the youngest and one is currently an adult. His other siblings are all in foster care. One brother was abandonded in April 2007 and alleged his mother had beaten him with a belt and made him sleep outside in cold weather. There was supposed to be a court hearing on his custody, but she never showed up. Ivan could not be found afterward and an order was released to place all her minor children in foster care. A brother was missing initially with Ivan but was later located with a boyfriend of his mother's. She has an active warrant for her arrest on charges of child cruelty and has a past DUI conviction. She is reported to have a drug problem. Due to these circumstances, Ivan is believed to be at risk.
