Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on December 4, 1992. Black hair, brown eyes. She has small scars on her neck. Was three at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Alejandro Villegas. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. Her mother dropped her off for visitation with him and he did not return his daughter once the visitation period was up; instead he called Guillermina's mother and asked her to resume their relationship. When she refused, he fled with their daughter. A felony warrant for interference with child custody was issued for him on October 17, 1996. They may be in Mexico, possibly in the areas of Tetecala or Cuernavaca.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Mexican) male. Born on February 28, 1944. Balding wavy black hair, brown eyes. He has a scar under his right eye and a receding hairline and may have a mustache. He may use the aliases "Alejandro Villegas Solano," "Chino Aurelio Villegas" and/or "Raul Villegas." He is a chain smoker. He likes farm animals and may be working at a poultry processing plant somewhere. Was fifty-two at the time.
