Vital statistics: Asian (Chinese) female. Born on November 12, 1999. Black hair, black eyes. Her nickname is "Gaby." At the time of her disappearance, her upper teeth were decayed. Was three at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father. Photos and vital statistics for him are not available. They may be in the company of her paternal grandparents. They may still be in the local area, or may have traveled to Maryland or Indonesia.
