Vital statistics: Born on December 18, 1994. Black hair, black eyes. He is biracial; he is American Indian and Hispanic. His nickname is "Che-tha". He has a brown-colored birthmark on his left knee. Was three at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Alberto Aguilar Fragoso. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. His mother has custody. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on November 3, 1998. The two may be in Mexico. They may travel in a blue 1989 Toyota Corolla with Arizona license plates numbered 844CDY.
