Vital statistics: Diego is a hispanic male. He was born on July 28, 2005. Light brown hair, dark brown eyes. He has a mole on the index finger of his right hand. He was born prematurely and at the time of his disappearance he did not speak. Some agencies refer to him as "Diego Flores Gonzalez." Was two at the time. Tammy is a hispanic female. She was born on March 30, 2004. Light brown hair, dark brown eyes. She sucked her middle and ring fingers at the time of her disappearance. Some agencies refer to her as "Tammy Flores Gonzalez." Was three at the time.

Circumstances: They are being concealed by their non-custodial father, Francisco Flores, from their mother. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. She dropped them off at his home for a weekly visitation on October 21, but due to her husband's past violence she called them daily. On October 23 she was unable to reach them and when she found no one at the home she reported them missing. He had refinanced his house, quit his job, and taken all of his savings before the abduction. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on January 18, 2008. They may still be in the local area, or they may be in Oregon or northern Mexico. They may be traveling in a blue 2002 Toyota Sienna with California plates.

Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on April 23, 1974. Black hair, brown eyes. He has a mole on each cheek, a mole under his nose, a mole on his chin, and thick eyebrows. His hair may now be long. Was thirty-three at the time.
