Vital statistics: Diego is a hispanic male. He was born on July 28, 2005. Light brown hair, brown eyes. Was two at the time. Tammy is a hispanic female. She was born on March 30, 2004. Light brown hair, brown eyes. Was three at the time.

NCIC numbers: M-136970047 (Diego) and M-637001227 (Tammy)

Circumstances: The children are being concealed by their non-custodial father, Francisco Flores, from their mother. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. He was on visitation with them and was supposed to return them in a week, but vanished instead. He had refinanced his house, quit his job, and taken all of his savings before the abduction. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on January 18, 2008. They may still be in the local area, or they may be in Oregon or northern Mexico.

Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on April 23, 1974. Black hair, brown eyes. He has a mole on each cheek and a mole under his nose. Was thirty-three at the time.
