At the time they were being investigated for child abuse by the state. A felony warrant is on file for Rojo-Hernandez and a warrant for aggravated child abuse is on file for Cruz-Garcia. They may be in Mexico. They may be traveling in a full size red truck. Because of the investigation Emily is considered at risk.
