Vital statistics: Biracial (hispanic/white) female. Born on August 24, 2005. Curly blond hair, blue eyes. She has pierced ears and her nickname is "Emma." She is right-handed. She speaks English and Portuguese. Last seen wearing pajamas. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Nigia Machado. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. Her father had visitation with her on March 22 and she asked him to not leave. He reassured her he would see her again but two days later he received a letter saying that she had fled with her daughter. Because he did not have legal custody at the time, a missing persons' report was not filed for six months. He has since been granted full custody. They may still be in the local area, or may be in Brazil. They may be travelling in a black four door Jeep type vehicle with a Brazilian flag sticker and a US Marines sticker.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Brazilian) female. Born on December 22, 1985. Brown hair, brown eyes. She speaks Portuguese and English. She has a scar on her right leg. Her hair was short at the time she abducted her daughter. Was twenty-two at the time.
