Vital statistics: Biracial (asian/white) female. Born on July 5, 2008. Blond hair, blue eyes. She has birthmarks on her upper lip and on the back of her head. Was six months at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Trina Sue Ann Atwell-Chavarria. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. At the time, she lived with Emily's father, her fiance Roy Koyama. On February 2, she packed Emily's belongings and left the country to Costa Rica. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on February 13, 2009. Her ex-husband currently resides there. In December 2010, Costa Rica ordered Emily's return to the United States, but Atwell-Chavarria fled before she could be returned. They are still believed to be in Costa Rica.

Vital statistics: White female. Born on March 2, 1979. Blond hair, blue eyes. A portion of her hair is dyed darker than her natural hair color. She has a tattoo on her lower back. Was twenty-nine at the time.
