Vital statistics: Biracial (hispanic/white) male. Born on October 27, 2006. Brown hair, brown eyes. He has a chipped front tooth and birthmarks on his inner left thigh. His hair was short at the time of his disappearance but may be changed to hide his identity. Last seen wearing a white zip-up sweater and blue jeans. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Carla Isabel Velasco. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant was issued for her on October 30, 2009. They may be in Bolivia. They may be traveling in a silver 2009 Toyota Camry with Texas license plates PJW342. Velasco's mother, Beatriz Truitt, has a warrant for her arrest for failure to appear in court. She may be assisting her daughter.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Bolivian) female. Born on May 28, 1972. Brown hair, brown eyes. She has a scar on her forehead, a scar on the palm of her hand, and she may dye her hair blond. She may use the alias name "Fran." Was thirty-seven at the time.
