Vital statistics: Alicia is a white female. She was born on March 1, 1996. Blond hair, blue eyes. Her nickname is "Ali." Her ears are pierced. Was ten at the time. Mitchell is a white male. He was born on November 20, 1998. Blond hair, green eyes. His nickname is "Mitch." Was seven at the time.

NCIC numbers: M-396379716 (Alicia) and M-396379614 (Mitchell)

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Denise Jeanine Festervand. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. She originally took them from Bethel, Alaska in 2004; an older brother was left behind. They were located in Arkansas in 2006 but she fled before the children could be returned to their father. An FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for her on March 27, 2007. They may be in the company of her current husband, a long distance truck driver, and their son. They may be living in a mobile home or an RV park and are believed to move frequently to avoid attention. Alicia and Mitchell have not been enrolled in any school and they may not be receiving medical attention.

Vital statistics: White female. Born on December 24, 1963. Blond hair, hazel eyes. She wears glasses. She has worked as a paralegal and police dispatcher. Was forty-two at the time.
