Circumstances: Emad was abducted by his non-custodial father, Mohamed Mayssoum Ben-Mrad. A photo and vital statistics for him are posted below. A FBI felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on April 13, 2000.They fled to Tunisia. The mother is seeking the child's return by fighting for custody in Tunisia, but has not won.
