Vital statistics: White male. Born on November 22, 1996. Brown hair, brown eyes. He has a scar on his chin and a pit in his left ear. He is hearing impaired and wears two hearing aids; he communicates by sign language and also speaks some English. Last seen wearing a tan top and green pants. Was three at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Mohamed Mayssoum Ben-Mrad. A photo and vital statistics for him are posted below. A FBI felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on April 13, 2000. They fled to Tunisia. His mother is seeking Emad's return by fighting for custody in Tunisia, but has not won.
