Vital statistics: Acacia is a biracial (black/unknown race) female. She was born on December 1, 2003. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was three at the time. Jon is a biracial (black/unknown race) male. He was born on October 22, 2000. Black hair, brown eyes. He has a scar on his leg. His nickname is "JP." Was six at the time.

NCIC numbers: M-816491993 (Acacia) and M-276498396 (Jon)

Circumstances: They are being concealed by their non-custodial father, Tyree Pierre Duvall. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on May 14, 2009. They may be in Mexico.
