Deonna Nadia Shipman

Last seen in Liverpool, New York on July 12, 2007

Vital statistics: White female. Born on August 7, 2003. Blond hair, blue eyes. Her ears are pierced and she has a red birthmark on the back of her neck at her hairline. She speaks English and Ukranian. Last seen wearing a purple shirt with strawberries printed on the front and stripes on the sides, purple pants printed with multicolored flowers, white sandals that light up, and earrings with blue stones. Was three at the time.

NCIC number: M-556716587

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Jeffery Gerald Shipman. A photo and vital statistics for him are posted below. He picked her up at home for what was supposed to be a two day visit. She was not returned to her mother, Lioubov Shipman, the following afternoon. His greenish-silver 2000 Dodge Caravan with New York license plates numbered NY BHG4492 was found abandoned at Rochester Airport a few days later. It is established that he flew to England and also bought tickets to Germany; however he and Deonna never boarded the flight to Germany. A felony warrant for international parental kidnapping was issued for him on July 18, 2007. There is concern for Deonna's safety, as her father reportedly stated that if he couldn't have her no one would.

Vital statistics: White male. Born on August 6, 1960. Brown hair, brown eyes. He suffers from depression and has had suicidal tendencies in the past. He reportedly took numerous medications at the time, but it is unknown if he was on any at the time of the abduction. Was forty-six at the time.
