Circumstances: He is being concealed by his non-custodial mother, Norma Alicia Marko, from his father. A photo and vital statistics for her are posted below. They are believed to be in Mexico, but may be traveling between the Houston and the Laredo, Texas border. An FBI warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution was issued for the abductor on February 18, 1994.
