Vital statistics: Asian male. Born on Mar 24, 2009. Black hair, brown eyes. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Xiaolan Li. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on January 9, 2013. They are believed to be in China.
