Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on December 27, 1994. Black hair, light brown eyes. His nickname is "Lalo." He is considered developmentally delayed; at the time of his abduction he only spoke a few English and Spanish words. Some agencies refer to him as "Eduardo Gosnell." Was three at the time.

Circumstances: He is being concealed by his non-custodial mother, Olivia Amador Gosnell, from his father. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant was issued for her on May 6, 1999. They may be in the Las Vegas, Nevada area, where Olivia's family lives, or may have traveled to Arizona, Colorado, Texas, or Mexico. They may be accompanied by her boyfriend, Carlos Hernandez. Photos and vital statistics for him are not available. They may be driving an old white Cadillac with California license plates 3XPY098.

Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on May 28, 1969. Black hair, brown eyes. Her right earlobe is ripped and she has pigment loss on the skin of her right thigh. Her nickname is "Oli" and she may use the aliases "Olivia Silva Amador" and/or "Olivia Hernandez." Was twenty-nine at the time.
