Vital statistics: Helena is a biracial (black/white) female. She was born on November 2, 2010. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was four at the time. Henrique is a biracial (black/white) male. He was born on December 26, 2011. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was three at the time.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Colette Okanya. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. She claimed she was going to take them to Uganda for a five week vacation but did not return them to their father, Charles De Nogueira Ferrao, in the United States. A felony warrant for child custody deprivation was issued for her on August 25, 2015. They may still be in Uganda or may have traveled to Belgium, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denmark, France, Greece, India, or Kenya.

Vital statistics: Black (Congolese) female. Born on August 29, 1976. Brown hair, brown eyes. She may use the alias names "Sheila Komuntale" or "Kanyunyuzi Okanya." Was thirty-eight at the time.
