Last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans. Was two at the time. Luis is a hispanic male. He was born on September 8, 2001. Brown hair, brown eyes. He has a birthmark on the back of his head. Last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue t-shirt. Was eight at the time.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial father. Photos and vital statistics for him are not available. They may have traveled to Mexico.
