Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Sonia Elizabeth Coronado, and their stepfather, Fernando Pelayo Coria. Photos and vital statistics for them are posted below. Pelayo Coria had been charged with child abuse in May and Coria had also been charged with child neglect; they allegedly beat the two oldest children so badly they required hospitalization. They were placed in jail and the children taken into state custody, but as soon as they were released from prison took the children and fled. The abuse trial was scheduled to begin in October and Coria said she would testify against Pelayo Coria; it is unknown why she fled with him. Felony warrants for kidnapping were issued for them on September 12, 2014. They may travel to Mexico. The children are considered at risk.
