Sebastian is a biracial (hispanic/white) male. He was born on May 31, 2006. Brown hair, brown eyes. He has a birthmark on his left calf. Was five at the time.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Marcela Conklin. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on December 5, 2011. They are believed to be in Cochabamba, Bolivia.
