Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Carolyn Anne Celine Casey. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on March 6, 2008. She had sold her car, quit her job, and moved from her apartment.

Vital statistics: White female. Born on July 27, 1959. Brown hair, blue eyes. She has a scar on her back from kidney surgery and freckles on her arms and back. She suffers from an autoimmune condition and may be in need of medical attention. She speaks English and Spanish. She has previously worked as a teacher, librarian, and massage therapist. Was forty-seven at the time.
