Binyu and Huaiyu Chin

Last seen in San Diego, California on January 12, 2019

Vital statistics: Binyu is an asian male. He was born on September 24, 2014. Brown hair, brown eyes. He may use the name "William." Was four at the time. Huaiyu is an asian male. He was born on November 10, 2011. Black hair, brown eyes. He may use the name "Samuel." Was seven at the time.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial father, Foong Lian Chin. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for parental abduction was issued for him on February 6, 2019. They may still be in the local area or they may have traveled to Mexico. They may attempt to travel to Singapore or China.

Vital statistics: Asian male. Born on April 15, 1973. Black hair. He wears glasses. Was forty-five at the time.
