Vital statistics: Andrea is a biracial (hispanic/white) female. She was born on August 11, 2003. Brown hair, brown eyes. Her ears are pierced and she has a scar on her upper left arm. She was born in Mexico City, but is a citizen of the United States. Was five at the time. James is a biracial (hispanic/white) male. He was born on September 27, 2004. Brown hair, brown eyes. He has a scar on his abdomen. He has autism, does not speak, and may be in need of medical attention. Was four at the time.

NCIC numbers: M-418222122 (Andrea) and M-338255251 (James)

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Sonia del Carmen Leon De Carol. A photo and vital statistics are posted below.She took them on what was supposed to be a three week visit to Mexico City, but canceled their tickets home and fled. An FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for her on September 15, 2009. They may still be in Mexico City, or may be in Villahermosa, Mexico.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Mexican) female. Born on July 5, 1966. Brown hair, brown eyes. Her hair was dyed blond at the time of the abduction. She may go by the alias last names "Del Carmen," "Leon-Castillo" or "Leon" and the alias first name "Soni." She has worked as a cocktail waitress. She speaks English and Spanish. Was forty-two at the time.
