Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Traci Renee Hawkins. Her father has custody. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant was issued for her on December 12, 1996. They may be in Mexico and may be using aliases.

Vital statistics: White female. Born on December 9, 1969. Blond hair, blue eyes. She may use the last names "Warnes" and/or "Peterson." She may dye her hair. She has scars on her right arm, her chest, and her abdomen. Was twenty-six at the time.
