Circumstances: Bethany was abducted the day before her fourth birthday by her non-custodial mother, Teresa Kennedy. Her father has custody of her. A photo and vital statistics for her are posted below. A felony warrant for child stealing was issued for her on May 8, 1997. They were last known to be in Oak Harbor, Washington.
