Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Natividad Meza Balanzar, and her boyfriend, Alvaro Paredes. Photos and vital statistics for them are posted below. Felony warrants were issued for both of them on December 6, 1999. They may be traveling in a red 1990 Pontiac Grand Prix with North Carolina license plates numbered MNF3383. They may be in Mexico.
