Vital statistics: Jennifer is a hispanic female. She was born on October 26, 1993. Brown hair, brown eyes. She has a nickel-sized mole on her back. She is fraternal twin to Stephanie. Stephanie is a hispanic female. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Her two top front teeth were broken and discolored at the time of the abduction. Both were three at the time.

NCIC numbers: M-484679414 (Jennifer) and M-774694322 (Stephanie)

Circumstances: They are being concealed by their non-custodial father, Heladio Santiago Bautista, from their mother. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on May 7, 1997. They may be in Mexico.

Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on November 23, 1972. Black hair, brown eyes. He has a nickel-sized mole on his back. He may use the aliases "Francisco Benitez" or "Heladio Santiago." Was twenty-four at the time.
