Vital statistics: Biracial (black/white) male. Born on August 6, 2014. Brown hair, brown eyes. He has a blue birthmark on his lower back. He suffers from hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy due to oxygen deprivation at birth; he has seizures, developmental delay, wears braces on his legs, cannot walk, and requires daily medication which may not be with him. He may be in need of medical attention. Was three at the time.
Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. His mother allowed him to take his son to the park but they never returned. They were last known to be in Chilton County, Alabama, where they were involved in a motor vehicle accident on December 13. They were both uninjured and he told officers at the scene they were part of a group going camping in New Mexico. They were picked up at the scene and left traveling in a 2006 Ford box pickup with Delaware license plates CL085217. They may also be traveling in a gold 2005 Jeep Libert with Georgia license plates RFN3009. Caution is advised.
