Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Nancy Olivia Talamantes. His father came to pick him up from his mother's residence on 955 Nile Street, where Alexander was having a weekend visitation, but discovered she had moved out and left no forwarding address. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant was issued for her on January 2, 2001. They may be in Mexico.
