Monica and Victor Arellano

Last seen in Yuba City, California on July 26, 1999

Vital statistics: Monica is a hispanic female. She was born on April 10, 1992. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was seven at the time. Victor is a hispanic male. He was born on February 28, 1997. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial father, Francisco Arellano. Photos of him are not available, but he is a hispanic male who was born on September 17, 1971; he was twenty-seven at the time. He is the prime suspect in the murder of their mother, Blanca Alicia Duenas Arellano. She was found dead at her apartment in Park Terrace apartment complex in the 600 block of Queens Avenue in Yuba City; she had been stabbed multiple times. Francisco Arellano was reportedly violent to her for their whole six year relationship and had served sixty days in jail in September 1997 for spousal abuse. She had previously reported that he threatened to kill her and take the children to Mexico. They are believed to be in Mexico. They may be traveling in a Chevrolet Monte Carlo. Caution is advised when approaching Francisco Arellano.
