She was born on January 24, 2003. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was eight at the time. Sebastian is a hispanic male. He was born on May 7, 2008. Brown hair, brown eyes. He has blue marks on his left ear and neck. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial parents, Daisy Arce and Walter Martinez. Photos and vital statistics are posted below. Felony warrants for custodial interference were issued for them on August 8, 2011. They may have traveled to Mexico.
